Our reception is available 24/7, and can also be reached by telephone (+352283265). If you have any questions or remarks, surely do not hesitate to contact the Front Office Executive on duty. Our mailbox ([email protected]) is actively monitored daily, whereby you will usually receive a reply within 24 – 48hrs. The door(s) at the entrance of the hotel and bar will be closed at around 10.30PM due to safety reasons. If you are standing out front of the locked door (e.g. due to late-arrival), please present your room key to the card reader on the right side of the door, after which the card reader will turn green and you are able to push the door open. If you do not (yet) have a room key (anymore), please contact the Front Office Executive through the telephone number displayed at the bottom of the card reader. Our night receptionist will come and open the door for you.
Check-in will be available from 3:00 PM. On departure, you must check-out before 11:00 AM. Early check- in (from 13:00 PM at earliest) is only possible upon availability at a supplement of €30. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in, we ask that you reserve the room one night in advance. Late check-out also possible upon availability at a supplement of €40 until 1:00 PM latest. Please note that if you check-out after 10:00 AM, a late check- out supplement will automatically be added to your final bill and we reserve the right to charge additional costs. In case of no-show without prior notice of late arrival ( after 09 :00 PM), you will be charged the total amount for your reservation and the room will be released.
Please inform us before/during check-in should you wish to book an early check-in (extra night) or late check-out.

When exiting the station, please cross the Avenue and turn right on the Avenue de la Liberté (walk for about 189m) then turn left in the Rue de Strasbourg. Kazakiwi will be on your left hand, 89m away.
Housekeeping service is daily available from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Ironing board, iron, steamer, supplementary or complimentary toiletries available upon request. For all your requests, surely do not hesitate to contact the Front Office Executive on duty.
Our continental breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM just next to the reception.
All our rooms are luxuriously equipped with a comfortable bed, contemporary design furniture, including a desk and seating furniture, a Nespresso coffee machine with fresh coffee and a selection of tea flavors, a flat-screen TV, free wireless internet, hairdryer, luxury toiletries, free waters (still and sparkling) and luggage rack.
In our bar, you can enjoy wide choice of wines & drinks. Enjoy delicious tapas in a breathtaking setting and warm atmosphere, free of unnecessary formalities. Reservation not required.

You can be charged a pre-payment of your total amount at any time.
Cancellations must always be notified in writing to [email protected] and are only valid if confirmed by the hotel itself by returned written reply. If you do not cancel and do not check in on the first day of your booking, and we haven’t received written notification of a late arrival, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and we reserve the right to re-release the room and reserve the right to charge the total costs for the reservation.

We would kindly like to remind you to send us the final and definitive information regarding final and definitive amount of attendees at least 7 days prior to the event. We reserve the right to charge a supplement for late changes and/or cancellations.
Complaints and/or objections must be sent by formal, registered letter within 8 days of the invoice date to [email protected]. In the event of default by law and without a response or notification approved
by the hotel, we are obliged to charge reminder fees and additional administrative costs, with a minimum of €50 per correspondence. For all disputes, only the court of the district of Luxembourg is competent.
